1.- Renewals- Some mail-in rebates & special discounts are now deducted from your price -. Worldwide. You can take advantage of purchasing with coupon code, mail-in rebate or on a special offer at a lower price. Your present subscription Expiry date will roll forward and be added to an extended expiry date.
Example: If you buy a new 1 year subscription on Jul. 16, 2010 and your existing subscription expires on Aug. 1, 2010-15 days will be added to your new subscription which will not expire until Aug. 15, 2011. Renewing early can help you take advantage of a special price or to help minimize your budget:)
2.- Download Insurance- Back up CD's . Download Insurance or Back up CD's extend the time you can access your downloadable software by providing you the freedom and flexibility to download or re-install your software.
We do not buy the extended download or back up CD'd options unless our computer is going to be retired in the next 12 months. We do back up our .iso copies and keep a copy of the license # in a safe place off our machines to assist your vendor's support team revive your license in case of a system failure.
3.- Download Customers: Most vendor's will allow you automatically receive the ability to download your software for 60 days from the date of purchase. You need to create a Recovery CD by downloading a special recovery .ISO file and create a recovery CD using a blank CD-R disc to keep your extra licenses in hand. Complete instructions are provided on your vendor's site.
Always keep a copy of your invoice and Product license key code.
